NVQ Level 6 and SMSTS qualified with experience delivering seven completed fire remediation projects, including four occupied remediation schemes within Cambridge. Paul will lead Client communication, resident engagement and overall project coordination.
Costel Lordache
Site Manager
SMSTS qualified with experience across seven completed fire remediation buildings. Costel will manage day-to-day site operations, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance and programme delivery.

QA Manager
SMSTS qualified with direct façade remediation experience and responsibility for inspection regimes, benchmark quality standards, photographic records and hold-point sign-offs.

Health & Safety Management
Independent auditing and compliance support, including regular site inspections and reporting.
Paul and Costel are both first aid and fire marshal trained and will be responsible for any associated site related emergency procedures.
Additional support will be provided by: Mike Malcolm (Managing Director, Commercial Management & Procurement), Mark Turton (Technical Support & Programming) and Kate McCuish (Design Management), each of whom has extensive experience delivering large-scale fire remediation schemes throughout the UK.
